The professional activities of Studio Tecnico Scheel, established in 1997, are carried out on the basis of the owner's personal background and experience and by a close-knit technical team of trusted in-house and external collaborators.

The professional activity of the Studio includes all the technical-planning and consulting services in the construction field and related branches: new constructions, enlargements and renovations, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, project management and supervision of works and inspections, safety coordination on construction sites, surveying and cadastral practices, interior and exterior 3D laser scanner surveys, real estate surveys and estimates, thermography and hygrometric surveys, energy performance audits and certificates, technical consulting, real estate consulting and assistance in buying and selling, tax and legal consulting.
