Integrated design and project
Integrated design simultaneously takes into account architectural design and specialized components: building, structural, and plant engineering.
This approach is applied at all stages, from feasibility study to preliminary, final and executive design.
In this approach, BIM assumes a decisive role for us, multidimensional and multidisciplinary design is achieved through specific software (Allplan by Nemetchek) that integrates in a single model all the useful information at each stage of architectural, structural and plant design and encourages coordinated and integrated collaboration between the different internal disciplinary skills with the direct involvement of the Client along the entire design path.
